"The hotel had arranged for a private car to the airport the next day. The clerk that checked us in told us it would pick us up at the door. In the afternoon, when we confirmed with the new clerk she told me that was wrong and directed us somewhere else. The pick up was actually a taxi"

"I was staying in the Red Room, where the air conditioning didn’t work. The floor had significant water damage, apparently caused by water repeatedly coming from the shower.
