I can assure you your experience was not a normal one as we make cleanliness a priority at our property. The outside of the toilet was soiled with feces. It went unnoticed by us until our last day.

Property is clean enough but could use some sprucing up. Shower had black on the caulking. Room smelled of smoke which we reported to front desk. Do love the amenities in room i.e. shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. We went to breakfast at 8:20 and they were out of omelets there was very little potatoes and sausage left as well. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Basic room, toilet paper had clearly been saturated with something and left to dry and be reused, gross! One of two elevators broke. And couldn’t shut blinds so had to see lights from parking lot all night.

The Hampton was very clean and the staff worked hard to keep it that way. Breakfast was good with an array of items to choose from. Restaurant next door made getting dinner easy.

Felt like home
Our room was clean & comfortable. Our favorite part was coffee was available 24/7. The people at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming. The breakfast lady was extra special - she kept it spotless & the food fresh. She was so nice - she really made our visit.

It was a very helpful and kind pe food selection for breakfast was not the best but it was OK. The rooms were very clean But the bed was not comfortable at all.
