"Everything was good in its price. Friendly staff, free parking. The hotel is clean and cozy, and there was a restaurant also on the first floor, with very delicious Khinkali and other Georgian food also. The cleaners also washed and ironed my clothes."

"I made a mistake of booking the stay in Cruise hotel through orbitz, but the hotel would not let me check in, claiming they did not receive payment. They also did not allow a cancellation through orbitz. "The staff is nice and the linens are clean but this is not a good hotel. Bring slippers as there is carpet in the room which is extremely dirty and stained so you will not want to walk on in with your bare feet. The air conditioner freezes so don't put the temp below 23 C and close the bathroom door with the fan on after a shower or it will freeze the A/C. "The bathroom wasn’t dirty, but the tile was poor quality where I could easily slip and break my neck. Also the drain in the bathroom was missing and shower leaked on to shower floor. Also unclear how to use heater/AC. Other than that it was fine."
