"Nice place to stay,even it's quite far from the old market(just 3 km). You can request Tuk tuk directly from the hotel. The room was so spacious. Our room was just the double bedroom, plus an extra bed. All of things, I loved their service so much!! It was the best service I've ever had. All staffs were really friendly. I do recommend this place."

"Wonderful boutique hotel in Siem Reap, best was the staff - they were on top of everything , the breakfast was so good as it was not Buffett but a La Carte which was a nice change from buffets It has a very nice pool , we stayed at the rooms pool view and I think they are the ones to stay The only draw back is the rooms don’t have enough outlets All in all you will be very happy if you stay here"

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Every moment we spent here is the most unforgettable moment and the most relaxing place to be after a day of temple exploration. Perfect place for children as it is quiet and plenty of space for children to move around. Food at the hotel's restaurant was just average. "Small, family owned and operated hotel. Like a home stay but withal and hot shower. The family may invite you to have dinner with their family the owner will drive you anywhere inSiem Reap and pick you up and drop you off at the airport or bus station. Quiet away from the action of the city."

"The hosts were wonderful and so kind. The owner was very kind as well. The food was delicious and very affordable. The rooms were clean. And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! "

"We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed...
