"I paid to be tortured. 7AM extremely loud construction outside my room for hours...all morning. Hammers on metal and buzsaws. 7AM. No warning when checking in or booking about this. Called the desk multiple times to complain I was brushed off. The hotel manager said "I told them to slow it down" ..."
