The room was clean and nice, a lot of snobby people stay here but it’s funny there’s other hotels too that not snobby lol the staff was nice understood English. Walkable eateries and a garage for cars
Bell boy and staff definitely had great customer service. Location is perfect due to
us using the light rail system. Everything is close by that we like doing. Overall great booked it twice once when we first arrived and when we came back from Krabi.
Nice hotel in a great location about 10 min walk from Ari BTS station with lots of good street food options nearby. Without any prompt, room service brought a birthday cake which was a really nice surprise and thoughtful gesture. They must have noticed on the birthday on the passport.
We booked the quarter twice during our stay in the city. Super accommodating and friendly staff in lobby, parking, and security - they went as far as to fulfill our request of moving us to the room we enjoyed staying in days earlier. The location is great in my opinion. I'll be booking here again

Love this place so much.
So convenient there are 7/11 and Starbucks and restaurants in the building. Situated on main road with access to MRT. Love love love.

Property has a lot of potential but as it is now, the place is rundown and overpriced. Dirty bathroom and walls need paint. Hot water is intermittent.
Breakfast is not good. Best to go down to the Starbucks on ground level.
Definitely not 4 Star. Felt ripped off.

Wonderful soft beds. Excellent lighting, clean. Unreal view of the city. I made a last minute booking for a flight at Don Muang airport and wanted to leave with 3 hkurs to fly time. This proved to be a challenge as grab and taxis were stuck in BKK traffic. The taxi stand gentleman walked me to the bus stop and made sure I found a ride to tha airport! Amazing service

The Quarter Ari is conviently located near the Skytrain. We had a very comfortable stay with great views of the city. The pool-side bar on the 33rd floor was nice too.
Only downside is they tell you you get welcome drinks upon arrival and more if you don't change your sheets. If you want soft drinks its great. Otherwise the free coupons are worthless.
The lobbly has everything you could need for your visit too.

Unprofessional Reception - booked through expedia at a certain value but hotel reception wanted to charge me almost double!!! Bad 1st impressions!!!
Air conditioning not up to part, not on the 30th floor anyways. Roof pool falling to disrepair, broken/cracked glass. Small space. No ambiance. Lots of short visits with free drinks vouchers to locals - i guess media influencers???! They took pictures and left. Breakfast manager was the worst type of client liaison I’ve experienced… wanted to enjoy hotel breakfast but i’d forgotten my mask at the room. She refused to offer me a mask and told me to go to 7 eleven (popular local corner shop). Disgraceful. 😤 would i stay there again? NO! Plenty of much nicer hotels in Bangkok.

Clean and modern hotel, but bare-bones basic. Two bath towels - no hand towel or washcloths provided. Room service is efficient and good. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Internet access is adequately fast enough for both streaming and connecting to computers stateside.
Some issues and concerns on this hotel situation.
1. The hotel is now stop providing a free parking service for the customer (since when I don’t know but they going to charge me on the day I stay). However, everything went well after we have a long discussion together. Therefore, please not that there is no free parking service for this hotel.
2. The hotel has been used for a Thai TV series or Thai movie shooting. This directly affected the hotel customers. I found that at least 2 parking lots have been reserved for the staff of this filming team. Moreover, me and the others customers cannot get inside the hotel and cannot use the elevator sometimes.
The double door was locked,cannot go inside and waiting so long to open,went down to ask the help again ,the receptionist isn’t good enough to handle and asnwer!!!all of them are robot and bored in their job!!!! Night shift play mobile while on desk !!
