"Our stay was amazing! Aime greeted us and even checked on us throughout the stay. The rooms were wonderful and the turn down service every night with a little gift was so special. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and the best meal of our day. I hope to go back again."

"Fantastic place and people. Amazing villas. Would highly recommend, although I understand it is closing for a 2 year renovation very soon. "

"Every people are working at the hotel i think they came from the same family called Thongsai Bay. They have one thing in common is Service with Heart. The vibe in the hotel was stunning ,warm, kind and beautiful mind. Everyone working as the hotel is belong to themselves. They were willing to serve the best thing to visitors and have professionally done great with their roles, Chefs cooked the tasty meals, housekeepers cleaned my room so tidy, concierge, receptionists, baristas, stuff at pools...

"Good place only thing beds where really hard"

"The hotel is just coming back after COVID. The room was clean each day, but a bit tired with the shower door broken, our friends room's AC not working on day one and not effective on the remainder of the days. Not all facilities are up and running, e.g. the top pool was open, but no lights for at night, beach chairs are okay, but many are broken so they ran out a number of times. The restaurant staff were generally ineffective, a couple were fantastic, but a few had literally no idea what to do...

"Nice."
