"We had no idea of all the renovations, and just wanted to come here and unwind. We asked a staff member (housekeeper) where the pool was and she said it was closed, it was not. The pool area was fantastic, glad we asked the front desk. The restaurant did not have the same menu as before and there was only a pricey buffet. The food was delicious, but paid too much. Overall the stay was just ok, wished we had stayed somewhere else which was disappointing, because we usually enjoy the BPL, we could...

"The hot tubs were excellent. Not as overcrowded or overrun with kids nor were there any poorly behaved young adults as per my experiences at other hotels. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was far less than what either of us expected. However, the low water pressure in the shower would not stop us from staying at the Moose again in the future."

"A lovely place to stay with unique furnishings and different themes for every room...our room was bright and spacious with several windows that gave a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains but other rooms appeared to only have small windows that looked into the back parking lot...the rooftop hot tub was a nice treat and we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves...breakfast was delicious and homemade and served to your table...coffee tea and hot chocolate were available 24/7...staff...

"We needed a larger space in order to work throughout the weekend. This space was great! The hotel is clean. The staff are wonderful. Although parkade renovations meant a shuttle ride to the vehicle, they were extremely organized in making sure shuttles were always available. My only downside was the bed was a bit too hard for me, so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked, but that's very much preference and you can't please everyone🙂"
