"LOVED THE WOOD FIREPLACE!!! Lots of wood stored by our unit so we never ran out. Love the free bus transit passes. Banff is small enough that it made it very convenient to use to go down down or to the Banff Gondola. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the go tub as well. We didn’t use the fitness centre to can’t comment on that. We had a $25 credit that we used at the restaurant and the food was very good. Will definitely be coming back. "

"Excellent stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe is so chill with games and great music in the lobby. The cocktails were great too. The bed was comfy and the room clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend."

"We had an amazing family vacation at Tunnel Mountain Resort and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Banff.
The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with stunning mountain views in every direction. It felt like the perfect mix of quiet getaway and easy access to town. We loved being close enough to downtown Banff for quick trips, but far enough to truly relax and unwind.
