Faultless stay, big spacious room, beautiful terrace and huge beds.
Staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming and were great with my children.
The complimentary shuttle bus was a huge bonus and saved us a lot in taxi fares. They even took us to 711 out of hours etc which was a huge help and to the Big Buddha.
Statues around pool could do with a little refresh / jet wash along with the parasols which had looked like they had not been opened in a long time.
Although the hotel is situated around 10 minutes from Ao Nang, the shuttle was a bonus and there was lots nearby to do I.e elephants bathing, kayaking and boat trips.
I would definitely come back to Cha Cha resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not your typical hotel room, lots of wood and interesting decorations. All rooms are grouped around a mangrove. Nice mineral water swimming pool and cool restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. Entire staff was very pleasant and helpful.

"Loved this resort. We only stayed for 3 days but the room was lovely with high ceilings and came with a bunk bed which was perfect for the kids. The family enjoyed the pool and the beach was lovely, very private although some litter washed up,but that’s Thailand. Would highly recommend this ..."
