"I hardly ever leave reviews. This was an awful experience for us and for many other guests. We were traveling to Baltimore for a concert. We arrived at 1:30pm. No one was at the front desk. When someone showed up she was very unfriendly. Check in wasn’t unavailable until 3 pm. That was understandable ..."
