"The property was very safe, warm, clean, and modern with everything working. It is close to everything in Old Town and not far from Viru shopping centre & supermarket. It is next door to NOK NOK Thai restaurant whose staff looked after me with my evening meals. I especially loved the heated bathroom floor. The double bed was curtained off which made it feel separate to the rest of the room, and it was perfectly fine for four of us to stay here. Everything was very clean and tidy with thoughtful little touches and the company clearly has good values at heart. Would definitely stay in a Bob again. Amenities within the apartment was great and the added bonus of teabags and sugar was much appreciated. "My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."
