"Room was lovely had what you need. It was quite cold but the weather was appalling therefore no fault of the room but I did get up at 3am and have to override the thermostat to put the radiator on. I would suggest thicker better quality towels for a 5 star rating but overall. Friendly helpful staff and spotless. Would come again and recommend to friends. "

"Great parking, loads of spaces available, check in was good, really pleasant and professional gentleman on the desk. Room was lovely, really spacious with big bathroom and wardrobe area separate. Unfortunately the food really let the hotel down, breakfast was poor and dinner wasn’t much better. I’d stay again but room only and eat elsewhere. "

"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. "Definitely not the standard of the Galgorm. Evening menu for valentines weekend was poor and the atmosphere in the restaurant on 13th Feb left a lot to be desired as 2 guests where having an argument for everyone to hear. I would describe the Rabbit as the Galgorm's poor relative."
