"Perfect location if you’re not driving in Ireland and need to be close to the train or bus station. It’s about a five minute walk to Heuston Station to catch the train, and about twenty minutes to Guinness Brewhouse. We stayed here the night we arrived in Dublin and the night before we flew home. Taxi service from and to the airport were easy, and the front desk arranged our taxi for our departure flight. This is a very nice hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, air conditioned, washcloths...

"Schone kamer, lekker bed, fohn aanwezig, tv is prima, ligging prima op wandelafstand van veel leuke dingen maar ook deelfietsen in de buurt die je voor €5 3 dagen huurt en dan is per ritje de eerste 30 minuten gratis. Perfect voor transfer naar attracties. Faciliteiten in het hotel zijn basis. Drankjes zijn duur. Geen koelkastje op de kamer en dat is eigenlijk een must bij verblijf langer dan een dag. Ontbijt niet gehad, genoeg te ontbijten in de omgeving."

"Because of our flight timing we arrived at 2 and our room wasn’t ready as checkin is at 4. The reception person tagged and put our luggage in temp storage and showed us the bar. Since we had only had and early light breakfast, we got lunch. Very nice. Friendly staff. Then they moved our luggage to our room. Very nice room!"

"The place was really nice. Check in was easy, walkable to sights throughout the city. Our last bed was supposed to be a twin and was a pull out softa, which was thin and uncomfortable. Wifi was not great. Owner was wonderful."

"The place is clean and a good location and the staff is nice. It also has a smart TV which is great. Small issues is the piping makes a really loud noise every time you open the tap, and the shower water pressure is low and one night I guess there wasn’t enough hot water so I had to rush with the cold water."

"They advertised through the Expedia messages for early check in and allow you to pay for it. Then you pay for it and arrive at the hotel to find out it’s absolutely not possible to do early check in - I wish they let the customer know earlier so they could have planned better. This is tough for travellers who had long haul flights and just want to check in early after a long day. Nevertheless it’s an extremely clean hotel, well maintained property, super helpful staff and super convenient...

"We thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and it ended up being a 2 star hotel quality. The rooms were very basic not even offering basic amenities such as a shower cap. They seemed understaffed at the check in desk. We were so disappointed as we somehow thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and were so shocked when we arrived at the quality of the hotel. It is run down, basic, understaffed. We will not be returning there again."
