"Yes but the staff were not very customer friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. "Stayed in a room I used before, about a month ago, when I reported sewerage coming up out of the shower plug hole, stinking the room out. This was still occurring on this visit. I left a hat behind a fortnight ago and phoned the hotel to inform them; I was told it would be put in the 'lost property' collection and I could retrieve it the next time I stayed (this weekend). Despite it being clearly marked the 2 male members of staff, on duty over the weekend, claimed not to be able to find it. It was only when I was checking out on the Monday morning that the lady on reception was able to return it to me - it took her about 30 seconds to find it."
