"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We had issues from arrival, they charged us 50 AZN for city tax (hefty overcharge) had to sort out a refund via Expedia. Fridge in room wouldn’t work, they kept saying they’d replace or send a technician but didn’t happen. Had severe water leak on wash basin ..."
