Like my previous stays, the owner / manager, Jennie, and her staff provide 5-star accommodations, amenities and service for very reasonable cost. A small family-run hotel, you are welcomed and treated like family. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ATM. I love the hotel and highly recommend it for your visit to Ha Long."

"There is a karaoke shop across the street from the hotel, and the speakers of the karaoke shop are outside, so it was very noisy even in the room with the windows closed. Karaoke shops are open every night and are sometimes noisy until late at mid night. I was asked to change my room from the street side to the inside, but I could still hear the noise. I do not recommend this hotel to people who want a good night's rest."

"We had a wonderful experience aboard the Ambassador Signature Cruise. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ship was elegant, clean, and well maintained, and our bay-view cabin was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. The itinerary was well organized, giving us enough time to enjoy the stunning scenery while participating in activities such as kayaking and exploring the caves. The onboard dining exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious Vietnamese and international dishes. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was consistently attentive. Traveling as a family of six, we appreciated how smoothly everything was coordinated. The crew went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the journey, making the experience relaxing and memorable. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a bit more free time at certain destinations, as Ha Long Bay is such a beautiful place to explore. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam, and I would highly recommend Ambassador Signature Cruise to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Ha Long Bay experience. We would gladly sail with them again."
