"Location was good especially if you are going for Oktoberfest (which I was not) only a short walk from the main train station. Room was clean, bed comfy & if it had not been for an over enthusiastic housekeeping team who took away all my stuff, it would have got top marks. The support team got this issue resolved & my gear was returned after 2 hours. I guess this is the only problem with not having staff permanently onsite! "

"The breakfast was fine but there was a slight lack of hot options. The fruit was excellent, but overall I was not blown away. The hotel itself is well appointed but the area around the central railway is not the nicest (not the hotel’s fault!). However, it is brilliantly located for access to the city centre and airport. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. "

"The property was very modern and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here any time we had questions. The front desk staff were always extremely helpful and available. The breakfast in the morning was comprehensive and very generous! We also really liked the location of this hotel, as it is walking distance to all the major sites in the old city and an easy walk to the central train station, which is convenient for access to U and S Bahn and other longer distance train trips. This is a very attractive art deco hotel. We were not certain if there was a fitness center and did not ask because we were quite busy sightseeing."

"The hotel is very nice, so is the staff. Only issue we had was breakfast was extremely expensive. This is our fault as we didn’t ask before sitting down. But beware, it is 29 e each. My husband had one coffee and a bowl of cereal. I had one egg, coffee, toast. Location is very good for walking."

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."
