"5 stars isn’t good enough! This was my 2nd time staying here and I will definitely go back. The hotel is luxury mixed with cozy. The size of the hotel made us feel at home but also the luxury made us feel VIP. It was a slice of heaven. The food was amazing and location is perfect. Shuttle service to Florence is a quick 20 minute ride. The grounds made you feel like you were in the Tuscan hills. Fabulous!"

"wonderful! location is unbeatable, staff is helpful, and the breakfast which I would not normally cooment on, was the best meal of the day, in Florence no less! Cab brought us right to the door, concierge got us another cab to train station in omly 10 minutes. also, lovely room of course.

"Hotel muito bonito, com localização excelente e café da manhã ótimo. O atendimento foi impecável e a estrutura do hotel é moderna e acolhedora. O único pequeno detalhe foi o quarto ser um pouco escuro, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a experiência. Recomendo fortemente!"

"Ideal for walking to the galleries and main areas like the cathedral and Ponte Vecchio. Small but clean room with good selection of toiletries. Very nice breakfast. Friendly helpful staff for recommendations for restaurants too! Will definitely be there again. "
