"The staff here are friendly and helpful! Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the them. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is a bit poor, as you can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Overall, a great experience despite the noise."

"The place is really nice, but we didn't have hot water in the shower. I asked the lady in the office and instead of going and check herself I was told to open the faucet the opposite way. I did it and of course didn't work. A the end we ended up not having hot water during our 2 day stay"
