"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. "Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"Perfect location for concert at CFG. The hotel is beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean. There’s a restaurant with good cocktails and food on the hotel property. Free coffee and wine in the lobby. Easy valet parking but can take a while if checking in at prime time (ie hours before a big concert at CFG). "We stayed a weekend specifically for an Orioles game and to explore the inner harbor of Baltimore. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for these activities. Walk to the ballpark and the surrounding establishments, hop on the Charm City Circulator to take you into Fells Point and the light rail to and from BWI. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room with comfort. Highly recommended!"
