I love this hotel and would be a total yes to come back again. The hotel clerk was very nice and helpful. They are able to provide with information about tours. It's very clean and its located inside plenty of stores for you to buy. What I love the most is that It's 3 blocks away from Plaza de Armas and Arco del Triunfo. The place is very secure as the police staion is right around the corner. I would totally recomwnd this place.

The hotel was nice and cozy. It made you feel like home. It's great that it is inside a shopping place and you are 2 blocks away from Plaza de Armas. My kids loved it and can't wait to go back!!!

Habitación cómoda

El hotel me pareció bueno, muy tranquilo, limpio y la habitacion es ideal para una persona. Además esta cerca de la plaza, y al frente del mercado asi que tiene una buena ubicación. Lo recomiendo.

Hôtel très bien situé entre la place des Armes et le marché tout en restant au calme. Eau chaude disponible. José Luis est un ange et sera au petit soin pour vous donner les bonnes adresses afin que votre séjour se passe au mieux.

Centrally located just two blocks from Plaza de Armas. Friendly staff. Located inside a commercial centre consisting of a number of shops and retail outlets, therefore continually quite noisy, 8am to 8pm! The room windows give onto the commercial centre only, therefore no nice views of surrounding mountains. Poor picture quality of the cable TV.

La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia. Lo que no es muy agradable es la fachada, ya que entras como a un Centro comercial (no muy agradable) y subes al 2do piso. La primera impresión no es muy buena.
