"Very dated rooms. Not enough plugs. No elevator. Sinks used plugs that stuck and were nearly impossible to dislodge. Pool closed early and don’t have good hours to for use. Restaurant was pricey. Food just okay. Would not stay here again."

"easy to find close to everything. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, with lovely little additions such as milk, wine, and biscuits. The drive was gritted which helped so much as we arrived during the heavy snow in November. Great communication from start to finish and always there if anything was needed. Would highly recommend."

"Great place to stay with kids.
The rooms were a bit dated and the carpets could have been cleaner especially around the edges.
The pool was fun and the breakfast was nice!
East walk into the Mainstreet ."

"Great location. Some of the facilities are a bit outdated and could do with refurbishing. Accommodation was great just what we needed."

"Slightly dated hotel and rooms. The pool area with slides was the highlight of our trip. The price of the breakfast at £25 pp seemed stiff for the quality of the food."

"The room was really hot and we couldn’t open the window because sash cord was broken.
The room is nice but the sound proofing terrible: we couldn’t open hear every word spoken through the wall!
However beautiful location and great staff."
