We stayed here to see a concert in Charleston. I would stay here again and hopefully staff has turned over and more pleasant people are hired who enjoy speaking with their guests. "

"There was a major construction project next door to this property, and directly behind our room there was heavy machinery and excavation that started weekday mornings at 6:30am, making it impossible to sleep in. Neither Expedia, nor the property upon arrival, warned us about this and it was a rather rude awakening. The hotel said that they warn guests about this via email one week in advance, but because I booked through Expedia I had no such warning. Not acceptable Expedia. "
