"A lovely budget option just outside of the main tourist area in Brussels. The staff were very kind and helpful, and guided us when we wanted to use some amenities before check in. The luggage room was a god send! The room was perfect for what we needed for a single night’s stay in the city. I would highly recommend!"

"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"My stay was great but couldn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, the temp throughout the hotel was really warm. I generally prefer warmer temps but this was too warm, especially for June. Second I was charged a lot for my room and I learned from non-US colleagues they had rooms for far less. I’m not sure if they change the price if you book from a US VPN?"

"The room has no Air conditioning! The windows were open prior to our arrival the week where the temperatures were in the high 90 degrees F / 32 +C. The hotel had renovations going on. The restroom in the lobby was were workers were going in and out. It did not feel safe to use the restroom with all that activity. The bedroom was huge and bright but no ceiling fans.
