"This was truly a 5 star stay! We stayed for 2 nights in the off season—late October. The staff were very friendly and kind, even before we arrived! Great communication on what to expect, and they had pool towels and goodie bags for our kids ready and waiting for us! They had an immediate back up plan and solution for when I accidentally locked myself out of the room and were very kind and helpful! The room was very clean and the property was in great shape. The indoor pool was perfect,...

"Quaint throwback to the 1950’s. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the location very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking is on site and the area is very quiet."

"We've been staying at the Icona Diamond Beach for over a decade. We like the ocean views and the location between Cape May and Wildwood. The rooms are typically well kept, and we like that there is a separate bedroom area. The staff is generally friendly, especially Erika at the front desk. We wish the resort fees were waived or substantially reduced in the off-season. We've also become increasingly frustrated in recent years that parking is often difficult on weekend nights when the Icona hosts...

"I enjoyed my stay. The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous and friendly. Staff member Kim was cheerful, friendly and provided answers to all concerns. Property manager was prompt in processing and knowledgeable"

"The staff was just lovely, great location in Cape May...walkable to everything. We used the spa...wonderful. We'll be back."

"Your stay is like staying at your Aunt Sheila’s house. The hospitality and the 50’s theme is off the charts!"

"Staff very helpful and professional. Cleaning staff helpful with requests. We stayed for two nights, had a room with two large king beds, that were very comfortable. We had a small issue with the heating system. At first it was quite chilly in the room. The cleaning lady showed us how to adjust the heat and it worked well the rest of our stay. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Food and service was great 😊 Would stay again and recommend it to others too 👍"

"Great location in cape may. Walkable to everything Really needs an update and could be amazing Bring it back to its glory days"

"Staff was very kind and accommodating. Great view of the beach. No microwave in the room but one was readily available on the property. Nice continental breakfast."

"Staff not so friendly"

"The hotel is in a great location with very friendly and professional staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. (Family travelling from Scotland)"

"The resort is well maintained, our room was very clean, the heating system worked well which made our sleep on October's chilly night comfortable. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. The beach is spectacular. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were open even at this time of the year but we didn't use it as we stayed for only one night. Outside sitting area with fire pits is a nice touch, especially if you travel with a larger group and want spend time with family or friends outside....
