"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good and fresh. The front desk was responsive to texts and they arranged shuttles to and from the airport as needed, no waiting. They are truly suites, with a full kitchen and full size fridge. Could easily stay here several days. Quite literally one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We were just passing through but I’m considering reasons to go back to Austin now because I was so impressed with this facility. "

"The hotel and room look nice. You can tell it was renovated and it's actually a super old rundown hotel. For some reason the renovations skipped the elevator. It looked scary and run down. The shuttle was a disappointment. We ended up getting an uber because according to the front desk guy the driver is "always 15-20 minutes late and there's nothing we can do about it"."

"Bed was comfortable enough. Toilet had a constant drip leak. I unplugged the fridge because it was loud. Signs of wear all around. Clean enough though. Breakfast was subpar. Scrambled eggs were obviously powder. Sausage was lame. Waffle was decent. "
