"Absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so helpful and looked after us so well. Especially the lovely lady who looked after us each morning at breakfast. We were sad saying goodbye to her on our last morning. We loved our room and treated ourselves to room service one of the nights and that was top marks. We ate in the bar another night and down in the Cottage too, couldn’t fault any of them. The only thing that could have improved our stay was the temperature of the pool. Okay for us adults...

Front desk staff went out of their way to show us around and to our room. Too at the front door was super helpful with our bags and then with places to eat and pubs with live music. "Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....
