"The parking places were a little tight even for my compact car. Room was nice except we butted up to the interstate and heard traffic at all hours, people talking loudly with doors slamming and the elevator right outside our room. Staff was very pleasant."

"This was the second time we stayed here. The hotel is clean but very worn down. They had shampoo and soap in the bathroom, but they didn’t offer conditioner which was odd. The breakfast was just ok and the staff wasn’t very friendly."

"Be aware the room Only only has 2 towels and 2 wash cloths very fragile and thin Linen is only issued before 4pm After that There is it any options to have your linen replaced or get Fresh Linen it is now 12:56 of my checkout day and I am stuck in the room with my companion because my companion is handicap and has to ride the elevator and the elevator is not working I was told by the front desk person she would let the GM know that we are still in the room but we didn't get any updates as to when the elevator will be repaired so we will wait.. Not bashing the place everything is brand new and it looks good but be aware"

"Came during a busy time apparently there was a sports tournament going on that weekend. The staff was very accommodating but there were a lot of kids there and pool area was very crowded. Still a comfortable stay and the rooms were quiet."

"The initial check-in was unusual. I waited about ten minutes while the clerk behind the desk and a young lady were figuring out about her checking in. He didn’t smile once and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. When it was my turn, no smile, no welcome, just “next.” Then, I swear, he had his finger up his nose, right there in front of me and other waiting customers. He asks for my ID and credit card and I said, “not after you were picking your nose!” So he stepped into the room adjacent to the front desk and I presumed he washed his hands somehow. Even so, when I got upstairs, I wiped down my credit card, ID and room key cards with Purell hand wipes. That guy behind the desk needs to learn some customer service. He acted like he wished he was anywhere else. He’s in the wrong business."
