"We had a 5 day stay total. On day 3 we asked them to clean the room in the morning because no one had been by. They informed us that they only clean every 3 days unless asked. They still didn’t come until 6pm of the 4th day and all they did was make the bed. They didn’t empty the trashcans or anything. ..."
