Excellent value for the minimalist traveler that needs the bare essentials. Virtual remote staff check is novel and efficient. Air conditioner did not work, rooms not well sound proof, parking limited but extra two spots outside. Good location. Limited amenities but expected for this value property. Would book again and recommend if at a good price.

Our room was very clean. We had a suite. Unexpectedly, the suite was large. We had a sleeping area ( bed, night stands, closet), then there was a step down living room/sitting area. Quite nice. The drawer space was a little awkward (one small drawer in the bedroom area, the 3 normal size drawers in the cabinet in the living area. We made due, but it was a little weird. We liked having a separate toilet room (with door).

I had booked two separate rooms for two adjacent nights due to last minute arrangements. The front desk staff was very courteous, and helped arranged for our room to stay the same for the 2nd night with only a small charge for the room type.
