"Excellent customer service, all staff very attentive, helpful and friendly. They include a full breakfast each day the room is reserved. They offer free parking in two lots so you won't have to pay for street parking. The restaurant serves fresh and amazing food that is served quite quickly. Many places to eat /drink nearby, town is easy walk to historic sites. "

"After a long and stressful day of travel, partner and I checked into the hotel and was aiming to relax. However, the shower was piping hot and almost scalded. After trying to turn down the temperature which made no difference we had to carry on with out night as we had dinner reservations in Galway. On the way to our waiting taxi I explained to the receptionist who said she would remotely reset the temperature of the shower. "This is a quaint little hotel in Kinvara. The staff were very helpful. The property was cute and we could see cows from our window. We had a bit of trouble with our keys at check in and the coffee pot in the room didn’t work. The food was typical Irish breakfast. There was a restaurant in the parking lot that had great seafood chowder called Keough’s. Overall we had a lovely stay."

"The staff were very nice. Hotel style is cute. Unfortunately the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything and my room overlooked the trash bins and you could hear every time the gate was open. Further, the headboard to the bed was stained and gross. Lastly I understood there were no closets but there’s also no luggage stand so either you’re accessing your suitcase on the floor or keeping it on the bed. "

"Great location. Nice hotel. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning rooms. When we arrived to the room, there was trash left on the bed from previous guests along with a used floss pick on the floor. The drinking glasses we used were also not swapped out the next day and left dirty in the room. Hotel also doesn’t provide conditioner so bring your own. Tiny almost unusable shower."

"Great little hotel. Hosts are the absolute best! They were wonderful. Parking is tight, but that’s not meant as a complaint. Having parking available is a fantastic benefit. The hotel is easy walking distance to the heart of Galway and several tour operators so that parking spot is a real treasure. The only “complaint “ and I hate to mention it since the place and hosts are so nice, is the Wi-Fi was rather weak and intermittent in our room. Great signal outside the room, as soon as the door...
