On day 2 I was woken up early in the morning by loud noises on the corridor from the cleaning staff and someone tried to enter by room and I shouted No. I might stay here again, staff spoke good English and not far from the train station just 10 mins by taxi"

"The location was amazinglyat the footsteps of the central train station and the Galleria shopping center. Room was modern and quite large enough with comfort. TV could use less Polski chsnnels. Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just stidents who can speak English!"

"Arrived very late, we thought we would struggle to both check in process but instructions given prior were very simple, the apartment was very clean modern tidy, very good location . The bed was comfortable we had a little kitchen and all that’s needed but we didn’t get to use the facility. "

All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."
