"The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. A plug socket nearer the bedroom mirror for being able to see whilst you do your hair would be fab and bigger mugs for a full size cuppa in the morning. "Beautiful place, nice staff. We loved the large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very decent hot break-fast in the morning and our room was large and comfortable. Only thing that would have been nice is to have a bar fridge in our room. The intended space was there for it, but it wasn’t there. "

"The hotel was situated on the seafront. There was a bus stop and tram stop directly outside the hotel. Although at an extra cost there was lots of safe and secure parking which we were happy to pay. The hotel was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable. The Bed and Breakfast package we purchased was great value for money. Lots of choice for breakfast and well cooked. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When visiting Blackpool again we will certainly stay at this hotel."
