"Lady at the front desk had no manners. This property needs a deep cleaning. The hallway smells like dogs. I opened my dinner and walked away to wash my hands, returned and there were fleas on my food. The hardwood flooring in the room is coming apart bad enough to where it would cut your foot. I called at 5am before work 2 days in a row and ask for room service and still wasn’t completed. Also there are a lot of ppl that use the stairs so you hear loud stumping and doors slamming all night. This place isn’t worth it and it’s one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I even seen a pizza box floating in the pool"

"Everything was good... better than expected even. Room was nice. but I wasn't comfortable in the bed. Don't know if it was the bed or just me in an unfamiliar bed. AC was cold but the difference between when it was blowing vs off, was huge. Super cold when blowing."

"Awesome hotel. Breakfast bar had so many choices. And, they used real plates and glasses so less waste and better for environment. Room was super clean and spacious. "

"Breakfast was terrible, not stocked very well. Our room needed to be cleaned a 2nd time due to stains, dirty floor, left over hair in bathroom everywhere and the window mechanism for the shade roller was broken and the AC was broken on the bottom and took forever to cool the room down. Only reason we continued our stay was that was the sweet younger night manager was the ONLY PERSON doing it all and we felt terrible for him."

"I came for a relaxing night with me and my baby. Advertised on the website was pack n plays, but was told when I was there that there were none. The lights in the shower area and bathroom did not work. It caused my baby to fall and get a goose egg on his head. The tv streaming didn’t work, and even the live tv would occasionally just turn off and the sound didn’t match up to what the show characters were saying. The air conditioning would not allow me to control it at all. It was constantly pumping out cold air and I was unable to change it, making it very cold in our room. It’s unfortunate that I spent so much money for a relaxing night to have the exact opposite. "
