"My experience was really unpleasant. Hot tubs were not working. Weird noises in room whole night. (Dripping noise) When reported, Front desk just have one answer they will call maintenance in the morning. It just broke down and telling lies about the hotel is fully booked if asked for changing the room. "

"Confusing where the entrance is to the hotel. There’s a huge Sandman sign attached to an apartment, which is misleading. Parking was pretty poor because it’s a shared lot with a Denny’s restaurant so both times I had to park further so that was inconvenient."

"Rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely used the pool and hot tub, it was clean and enjoyable with pool towels available. The bar/grill was a great convenient place for meals and/or drinks with friendly staff."
