"I stayed for 4 nights and not one time did cleanin staff come into the room. Every night I had to ask for fresh towels and garbage bags. And was told to leave soiled towels and garbage in the hallway. Also every time we used the shower it backed up and long hairs and pubic hairs came out of the drain. ..."
