Only complaint was how insanely loud the air is when it kicks on and off , woke me up every single time through the night along with how heavy the room doors are , they slam shut. Very loud. Everything else was very nice , super clean , friendly staff , great food at the restaurant. Bartender was great. Pool and hot tub very nice and well maintained.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and convenient if you need to catch an early flight out of Asheville. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the hotel identified a room for us immediately. Convenient and complementary parking in the adjacent garage is a plus. Overall, a very nice end to our trip to the Carolinas.

The hotel and room were very nice. The only issue was that housekeeping didn’t make sure the refrigerator was clean of the previous tenant food. I just threw it away, not a biggie. One last thing, there was not a vent in the bathroom ,so If you like hot showers like me , you probably need to crack the door. But most of all , my family really enjoyed the stay. One more thing , there were restaurants and , movie theater, shops , you can walk to !!!
