Clean rooms, super convenient location, right downtown. The rooms were smaller than the average American hotel room. But everything was great!

Great location and fun atmosphere! However, we had no housekeeping service during our stay. Beds were never made and only got clean towels on one day.

Lantern Lodge - formerly The Residences at Biltmore
The staff was wonderful, making check-in easy and convenient. The room was clean but tired. Floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked, covered by a small mat. A re-fresh is needed. That being said, the property was quiet and offered a great location.
