"Why was our room rate 296.00 a night when I can now find rooms for 140.00 a night? Also, only one elevator was working the entire weekend. There was no body wash or shower gel in bathroom either only shampoo. "

"RUN FORREST, RUN!!!. Do not stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, and after calling three times for housekeeping, no one came to clean it. We were then told we would have to wait until the next day. Instead, they sent us back to the room with wipes so we could clean it ourselves. Breakfast was basically a snack, the hallway had a strange smell, and while we were out for our event, it appeared housekeeping went through our bags. Definitely not a place I would recommend."

"The shuttle bus driver was good and professional to help me get to the hotel. But when I was checking in, I was told I checked in already! 🤔. They made mistakes to check in someone else to my reservation and called them to come to the front desk at 12:30 Am to change room!! That was terrible!! The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those."

"I have tried to reach out to Hilton three times with no response. The stay was mediocre. I have been in worse places & I have stayed in nicer places for cheaper. First off, the pool was nice. Very heavy in the chlorine, as it burned my eyes just sitting in the room while my daughter played in the pool. Then when we went back to the room to shower, the shower was broken. We called the front desk, maintenance never showed up. We have them almost an hour (53 minutes) to show up. Never did. Called back and asked because it was almost 2200 at this time & we needed to be in bed as we had to get up at 0445 the next morning. She said he would come in the morning. I said we'll, he has to have it fixed for me to shower at 0445, so was he coming before that? She said no between 0700-0900. I said we would be checked out by then, someone needs to come now. Finally 32 minutes later he showed. Didn't fix it because it didn't work in the am, then proceeded to not turn off for 1.5 hrs after my shower ended. Around the toliet was yellow when I wiped around it with a towel the night before cleaning up from the shower. We had not used the bathroom in the room yet, but it was very yellow & gross after we cleaned up the water from the shower. The curtain was off the track so a street light shown into the bed perfectly. The staff when addressed with issues said he would make a note, and nothing. I have reached out 3 times, radio silence. Stay else where!!"
