"夕食なし、朝食付きのプランで利用しました。美味しい野菜をたっぷり食べられるサラダバー付きの朝食が最高でした。ダメなところは見つかりませんが、強いて言えばせっかくの浅間山に面したテラスの真ん前が駐車場になった作りが残念だったくらいです。が、そのテラスでも周りの山々を眺めながらゆっくりくつろげました。部屋は照明器具ひとつとってもこだわりが感じられ、青いタオルドライヤーも北欧調でとても素敵でした。過度な空調設備もなく、窓から緑が見える作りで心地よい空気感でした。ダブルガーゼのパジャマを含めてアメニティも設備も申し分なく、何日も滞在したくなるような心地良さでした。スタッフの方はチェックインの際のフロントの方と朝食のレストランでの2名の方と接したくらいですが、どちらもホテルの雰囲気そのままに静かで必要最低限の接客を気持ち良くしてくださり、ホテルのコンセプトを体現されてたと思います。また是非利用したいと思います。"

"The hotel only a 5min walk from Karuizawa station. Bike rentals are available in the hotel itself, which was very convenient. You can cycle to Kumoba pond and the Old Ginza Street and be able to reach in less than 30mins. I stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast was delivered in a basket at your preferred time (from 7am to 9.30am). Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spacious as well and the best part was the auto toilet bowl. Room is cleaned everyday, but if you wish not to be disturbed, the staff will just leave a fresh set of towels and bottled water in a paper bag outside your door, which was a very nice touch. Had a comfortable stay here and will definitely come back again!"

"Whilst the property was beautiful, and the onsen was immaculately clean, I felt that the resort could have done a lot more to create a more welcoming environment with more varied dining and drinking options. There was one restaurant and there were no afternoon tea or beverages served in the otherwise lovely lobby space. It felt very bare and slightly unwelcoming. The staff, whilst some were friendly, were for the most part quite cold and did not go the extra mile to provide for a warm and hospitable stay!"
