"Gibson garden hotel is where we usually stay in our trips to Sunshine Coast. Beautiful garden area.. clean rooms, good air conditioning. In our last stay the room had small kitchen which was awesome, also very close to pool and gym. My kids really enjoyed their stay."

"We stayed only one night after crossing from Vancouver on a weekend excursion to the Sunshine Coast. We had 3 rooms. One was very dirty, one dusty. We think this was because the rooms had been recently renovated and not thoroughly cleaned in time. Garbage in area behind rooms may also be left from construction. Lovely pool and outdoor sitting area. Friendly staff. Motel type parking."

"Everything was great. I really liked how there was a little corner store 30 seconds away from you and also a Tim Hortons that was equally close. The room felt very clean as well."

"Ventilation poor. Room smelled musty. No insect screens on windows and patio door so opening them was not a permanent option. Heating and cooling using splits was not great."

"We loved staying here! We absolutely felt it was our home away from home. The location is ideal, close to shops, grocery stores , bakeries , the harbour and the beach. We hope to come back soon. The only thing to be improved upon was the dust underneath the bed. Not a huge deal unless you suffer from dust allergies. It only occurred to me when we were leaving and looked under the bed for missing items and the dust bunnies under there woke up my allergies. Other than that we look forward to...

"It’s a dorm. The room is worn but it was clean. Hot breakfast was included which was great. The location was great since we wanted to be on campus to pick our son up from school. "

"The room was a little small but had great window light. The staff was amazing. The entrance to the hotel from a back alley was weird. They also had this rosewater perfume that was spraying into my room sort of like an air freshener. It was very strong."
