"I dont like being told i have to have dinner at 6.00pm, when we asked for a later spot we were told NO, THATS IT, The rooms are very basic, not even a painting, and the whole complex is very cheesy with child like ebtertainment. Very tired condition.."

We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. "It is in a beautiful location - stunning view. There was plenty of activities to do, it is well-equipped - we enjoyed the paddle boarding, but the room was much more dated than the website photos appeared and we had mixed experience with the staff - a few seemed reluctant to interact. You only have one choice of restaurant but the food was really good - dinner and breakfast"

"There is no such building called the Picton waterfront apartments. The building is actually called the Oxley rock Apartments. There is nice signage or any indication anywhere that we are at the Picton waterfront apartments. This created total confusion and frustration whilst we walk outside in heavy rain with our luggage paper in hand trying to figure it out. Very poor experience. Phone calls and email went unanswered. Apparently, we were supposed to be sent an email explaining how to check...

"An awesome location, easy walk into Picton to see sights, shop, eat etc. It is a shame that the panoramic harbour view shown on Expedia for my room did not match reality, the images online had clearly been taken for the floor above. Additionally, I paid for a room with a washer/dryer yet there was no washer/dryer in the room. I was offered the use, at my cost of the laundry facilities in the open garage area."

"The room we were in, James Cook, was wonderful. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, with a lovely deck. It was also great to have breakfast provided each day. Steffan and Michelle are fantastic hosts. Warm, proactive, helpful, and fun. I highly, highly recommend this place."
