"This is in the heart of Naples, so bear in mind, it’s a gritty city. Quiet alley like street. Lots of graffiti on the streets nearby. Very short walk to Spacca Napoli, one of the main streets to stroll through the gritty heart of Naples. "Great location, very close to the train station. It was only about a 15-minute walk from the train. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, when needed. "I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."
