Nice all inclusive stay

Great variety of good food all day long, nice pool area and activities to choose from throughout the day. Biggest drawback was the lack of air condition in rooms and the fans in the rooms were not powerful.

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. Taxi rank just down the street. Food was also nice. Rooms are spread out well. We had a room on the first floor and heard no noise.

Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great. Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well. Food kind of got boring after awhile but like what can you expect?

Typical all inclusive resort. Luckily we got an upgrade to a family room near the sea water lagune. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Cleaning has ignored our room for three days in the row-we had to remind them to clean. Food was not good at all. We ended up eating out. Really typical 3 stars all inclusive hotel.

Nice reset in good service

Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to both grey and yellow beaches. Nice commercial area around. Free Parking sometimes difficult but always managed to find a space. Reception staff friendly and good English.

On the expedia website it says it has air-conditioning but when I spoke to staff none of their rooms were airconditioned. So please correct your amenities for club europe. Food is the same everyday. However staff were excellent and cleanliness of the place is superb in all areas.

struttura pulita e personale abbastanza disponibile ma la camera si trovava al terzo piano senza ascensore e nessuno ha aiutato con le valige la camera si trovava sotto il tetto con una pessima isolazione ed esposta al sole tutto il giorno quindi ... un forno. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma solo una pala gigante sul soffitto (la cui velocità non si può regolare) che non si può tenere in funzione a meno di non volersi ritrovare completamente bloccati e raffreddati. Abbiamo dovuto dormire sul terrazzo utilizzando come materassi i cuscini del divano Anche il bagno era un forno ... finita la doccia stavi già sudando di nuovo Anche nelle parti comuni l'aria condizionata non esiste con il risultato di ritrovarsi a sudare in continuazione sia in sala da pranzo che in ogni altra zona dell'hotel Cibo abbastanza buono con una discreta varietà e zona molto bella, comoda al centro ed alle spiagge In conclusione sarebbe un buon hotel in cui soggiornare se non fosse per la totale mancanza di aria condizionata e di ascensori (uno solo disponibile nella zona centrale per accedere al ristorante ma completamente inutile per le camere fuori da questa zona) Fortemente sconsigliato nei periodi caldi e se non amate fare le scale perchè le zone dell'hoterl sono disposte su diversi livelli e se in più capitate in una camera ai piani superiori ... sono davvero tante a fine giornata

Nous avons séjourner durant 15 jours dans cet hôtel particulièrement bien situé sur la partie sud de Tenerife (Las Americas). D’un point de vue globale, l’hôtel est agréable, avec de nombreuses animations et de belles piscines. Nous avons toutefois été déçus par le buffet qui n’est pas assez diversifié et les produits ne sont pas de très bonne qualité. Côté chambre, il n’y a pas la clime et cela se ressent énormément la nuit où il fait extrêmement chaud dans les chambres. L’autre point noir, ce sont les cafards qui rentrent constamment dans les chambres. Et qui entrent par les canalisations de la salle de bain. Nous savions que Tenerife est une île où il y a beaucoup de cafards car nous étions déjà venus précédemment. Mais nous en avons eu beaucoup plus dans cet hôtel (piscine, chambre, bar de snack…). Les animateurs et le personnel de l’hôtel ont été très sympas durant tout notre séjours. De nombreuses animations sont proposées pour tous tout au long de la journée. L’autre charme de cet hôtel c’est qu’il propose un espace dédié avec des animaux (cochons d’Indes et perroquets) qui donne une petite ambiance tropicale.
