"Our stay was average overall. At check‑in, we were given room keys but not actually checked in, so we couldn’t use the Wi‑Fi until Veronica fixed it. The market was inconvenient — the self‑checkout machine was broken, they only accepted cards, and we were overcharged for drinks. Their system was down and IT couldn’t fix it until Monday, but management eventually approved the refund. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 AM and the selection was limited, but there’s a Starbucks next door that opens at 6 AM. The room was clean, though the live TV had very few channels. Parking is valet‑only at $45 per night. You use a link to request your car, track progress, and they text when they’re retrieving it, but there’s only one way in and out so it can get backed up. There’s also a $150 incidental hold that gets refunded if there are no issues. Veronica was great, but the stay had several inconveniences."

"My stay here was impeccable. I'd been to the AC before to visit skybar numerous times, but this was my first time staying. I was very impressed with the staff and their commitment to excellent customer accommodation and service. I was treated beyond great by the front desk staff and the manager Rebecca Stinvil. She was amazing and really added a higher level of experience to my time here just by being a great, understanding leader and manager. Will be back!"

"Things happen; things break at the most inconvenient time. It's all about how you handle it and treat your costmers. I'm not holding the fact that there was no hot water. I am holding them responsible for not telling people checking in that it had been out for days and they still took our money as if there was no issue. Do they think we won't notice no hot water? Only the morning clerk was professional, sympathetic and really bent over backwards to make things right to the best of his ability. This gentleman deserves a better hotel to work at, or manage - maybe one on international drive. The manager was hostile but issued a refund. I'm so happy that Expedia stood behind me. Hopefully the refund will clear soon. Even if everything was working and was well run at this hotel I really couldn't recommend this hotel. The price for this hotel is attractive because, quite frankly, it's inconvenient to everything - not theme parks, not downtown - really nothing. And it's in the hood. Careful, those are facts. That said, I'm sure when then hot water is working it's a fine hotel with clean rooms and at least one front desk clerk doing his job and then some"
