"The hotel tries really hard to get 5-star reviews on Google (give away free cake for the reviews). I like the spacious room (very good bed) and the onsen/sauna facility (open noon-2 am). The pool looks nice but it is not so practical with swimming and the traffic noise is quite loud. Gym also looks nice. Location is convenient for restaurants and bars. "
"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
