"Parking included is a real plus in the downtown area. Room is clean and fine. This particular stay it was very loud overnight, more than a usual downtown noise. Staff is great, air conditioned room, shower is good pressure and nice. Location is good and affordable for downtown."

I have been comfortable staying here and I especially like the mornings when they have biscuits and gravy for breakfast. 😋 Sufficient self parking for a hotel that’s close to downtown Phoenix and other major attractions."

"Service was great - the only complaint I have is the parking, it’s forced valet and I think you can actually park yourself around the corner in a garage for cheaper. I would look into avoiding the $45/day valet if I stay here in the future. Otherwise, the location is amazing! "

"The shower was a little gross, there was also a shower cap hanging in the bathroom from the last guest. The only available parking onsite is valet, which is $50 after tax. The staff was fantastic."
