"we had the worst sleep ever not due to the hotel but the clientele. the staff moved us at 0130 to a quiet area and provided us with a free meal we did not eexpect the hotel to do anything other than move us and they went a step beyond great staff working with families young and silver haired "

"The staff was great, but especially Chip and the gentleman that runs the breakfast room (cannot remember his name) with dreadlocks. He was particularly fantastic, very cordial, upbeat with a tremendously infectious attitude!!!!!"

"Couldn’t use the pool because the geese were using it. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty. Couldn’t use the fridge because it didn’t cool and froze because the air conditioner was wack! So, no I would not recommend this establishment and by the way I did let them know about the issues and no, nothing was resolved!"

"Room was clean. Staff friendly and courteous. Closet in our room needed some repair. Over priced especially when they don't serve breakfast and you have to drive at least 10 minutes to a place that serves breakfast."

"We had a good time. Our keys would randomly work for the pool gates, so that was an inconvenience. The room could have been cleaner. Clumps of hair on the carpet, dead bugs in the shower, and we could not get the fireplace to work the first night we were there when it was a little chilly. The two-floor villas would be much better without carpet. The carpet just did not seem very clean."
