The laundry room was great, and the service was exemplary. I would try it again to see if I’d like the neighborhood better but we were only there one night and couldn’t really ascertain."

This trip we stayed at quite a few different hotels as we traveled through France, and I still think Hotel de la Porte Doree takes hotel service to a new level! Cleanliness, amazing staff, great beds and bathrooms and amazing amenities! Free coffee fruit, nuts at the reception. I honestly think the staff are one of the best. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to being back someday when we are in Paris!❤️❤️"

"The bed was very comfortable a the shower was lovely. You only get 2 bottles of water on your first day and then you have to pay for them. There are bakeries around the corner and cafes too. Sitting right next to the metro for accessibility. Beautiful surroundings, would stay here again. "

"It was a nice hotel with nice staff but the room and the bathroom were absolutely tiny. Me and my husband literally kept bumping into each other! And didn’t really include a lot of amenities like shampoo or toothbrushes. It’s fine for what it is and for the price. Bed was comfy and the shower was hot. "
